Justine Schofield , a finalist in the Series One Master Chef Australia series of 2009 will be hosted by in June 2011 whilst visiting South Africa.· Since her participation in the Master chef Series she has become a celebrity in her own right hosting the daily cooking show "Everyday Gourmet" on Australian television.

Justine will be at RiverBend Lodge for 3 nights - Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th June 2011.·Local specialist butcher, Johan Swart, will provide informative tips on how to prepare and cook different cuts of venison and locally produced boerewors.·Justine and RiverBend's executive chef will join Johan adding their knowledge and expertise to the session.· Justine will join guests on the afternoon and morning game drives as well as at meal-times to share her experiences.
